Marketing Compliance Officer

JCW is partnering with a leading investment management firm that's looking to build out their Marketing Compliance team. An ideal candidate will have prior experience reviewing marketing materials for FINRA/SEC compliance and will be Series 7 and 24 certified.

Day-to-day you will:

• Review and approve marketing/advertising materials.
• Assist with policies and procedures.
• Advise on FINRA/SEC rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Have experience reviewing marketing materials for FINRA/SEC compliance.
• MUST have active FINRA series 7, 24, and 63.
• Are highly motivated and a self starter.
