The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned B2B marketing professional with a knack for creating cross-channel marketing campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist who understands customer needs, aligns them with our value proposition, and crafts integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, revenue, brand awareness, and customer growth.

The Team
Our Performance Marketing Team is dedicated to driving positive outcomes for the company by attracting new customers and supporting the growth and satisfaction of existing ones. We collaborate on a variety of exciting projects and campaigns, such as enhancing our website, organizing in-person events and conferences, running engaging social media campaigns, and sending out informative and entertaining emails.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness across multiple countries.
Identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive steps to enhance our marketing efforts.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues and collaborate closely to create effective strategies and campaigns.
Assist the team with various tasks, even outside your specialty, such as hosting webinars, running meetings, or selecting promotional items for customers.
Actively participate in meetings, share ideas, and recommend impactful strategies for customers and co-workers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of B2B marketing experience.
1+ year of cross-channel marketing experience (email, social media, events, OOH, etc.).
College degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional meetings with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
Customer marketing experience.
Experience hosting and presenting webinars and/or podcasts.
Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in B2B email campaign marketing and social media marketing.
Experience with marketing analytics and/or certifications.
Knowledge and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience in business presentation development and delivery.
4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Additional Information
Anticipated Salary Range (US Only)
In California, Colorado, New York City, and Washington, the anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not apply to other areas.
