Marketing Associate

We're excited to invite a Marketing Associate to join Kiva’s award-winning marketing team! This role combines marketing with general business management, offering a dynamic opportunity to grow with us. Kiva is expanding in California and other legal markets, and we're looking for someone to support the development and management of marketing creative assets, collaborate on packaging reviews with the Packaging Project Manager, and assist with new product launches. As Kiva's Marketing Associate you will...

• Partner with Brand Directors to execute campaigns that drive growth and build Kiva’s brands.
• Collaborate with the internal Creative team, Project Managers, and external agencies on developing marketing materials, packaging designs, and executing marketing programs.
• Support new product launch packaging and creative asset workstreams by meticulously tracking packaging requirements and asset needs.
• Coordinate Kiva programs, assets, and campaigns to create state-specific marketing plans for product launches.
• Provide timely and detailed updates to the Directors on brand, market, and competitive activities.
  
  

What We're Looking For...

• B.A. or B.S. is required, with a strong preference for a focus in marketing or business.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in marketing or general management.
• Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools is essential.
• Some analytical skills and comfort using Google Sheets, data pulls, and data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
