About The Role

The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Portfolio Marketing Department at FinThrive, directly contributing to the Product Marketing, Voice-of-the-Customer, Market Research, and Emerging Markets teams. This entry-level position offers a remarkable opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare IT marketing, working within a company that values innovation, customer-centricity, and reliability.

What You Will Do

  • Support the market research team in the execution of primary and secondary research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
  • Collaborate on the creation and publication of compelling content that delivers value to prospects and drives industry action
  • Assist in the coordination of focus groups and customer interviews aimed at uncovering product or service improvement opportunities, in support of new product development, or as part of customer case study projects
  • Assist in the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, buyer’s personas, and messaging frameworks that articulate our key differentiation across core products and segments
  • Support product marketing teams in the creation and deployment of new sales enablement collateral for FinThrive solutions
  • Work closely with our sales colleagues to facilitate reference calls and gather feedback about our sales assets and overall messaging performance
  • Work closely with our customer service colleagues to identify reference accounts, coordinate case studies, and enable targeted cross-sell activities
  • Assist in creating monthly and quarterly Product and Segment Marketing performance reports

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree program
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in content creation
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A commitment to continuous learning, with a quick adaptation to new marketing tools and strategies
