Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant for a top beauty company in New York, New York!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall maintenance and merchandising of the beauty brand website, including coordinating the fixing of site bugs, managing product catalog, content updates, and building new landing pages
• Ticket reporting, prioritization and management with external agency support
• Marketing, campaign and product launch activation management
• Technical reporting and monitoring
• Ownership of the complete QA lifecycle (both visual and functional)
• Support of in-store activations, offers management, website creative updates, and product review reports (deals and samples page on LOP.com)
• Lead weekly status meetings and oversee agendas, active projects, assignment of action items

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Site Management and Maintenance
• Experience managing a variety of complex, fast paced, high volume projects at once, keeping delivery excellence in mind at all times.
• Proven track record in project management with a sharp eye for detail. Attention to detail and ability to identify issues is critical
• Experience in managing a team, both as direct reports and external agencies
• CPG marketing expertise; Beauty experience – a plus
• Ability to navigate a diverse and highly matrixed organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage & influence key stakeholders
• Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and consensus on initiatives
