Support Marketing efforts to promote the Simplify brand and content across multiple channels, including advertising, website, webinars, events, emails, social media, blogs, and videos. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities
· Assist in formatting marketing materials to ensure they are on-brand
· Manage live webinars and webinar-related communications
· Assist in event coordination and planning
· Assist with video and podcast distribution
· Act as a liaison between Simplify and our creative agency
· Help manage multiple projects
· Maintain social media calendar and curate social media content
· Assist in compliance-related tasks
· Assist with the creation and execution of email campaigns
· Assist with the creation of digital advertising collateral
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Great attention to details
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid organization/project management skills
