The Marketing and Outreach Manager is instrumental to the continued success of the Steinbridge Group’s expanding impact investing platform. Reporting to the senior executive team, this position has a wide variety of responsibilities which include developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives, enhancing brand recognition and positioning in the market, and driving customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing campaigns.

The Marketing and Outreach Manager will be a dynamic leader who will serve as a core member of the team and provide strategic direction and tactical execution for all matters relating to marketing and communications. Responsibilities
Provides strategic marketing direction by:
Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate and measure performance of marketing initiatives
Collaborating with internal capital markets and real estate teams to align marketing with their efforts
Oversees external communications by:
Managing external relationships with PR and social media firms, strategic partners, and photographers and videographers
Activating, reviewing, and approving external communications and outreach content across various channels such as the Company website, social media outlets, email/text campaigns, and incoming inquiries
Executes on the communications and marketing strategies by:
Deploying marketing campaigns in line with marketing plan
Providing executive support for events, interviews, speaking opportunities, and community engagements
Coordinating strategic marketing events and initiatives
Monitoring marketing budgets and expenditures
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Communication, or related field
5+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing, communications, or campaign management with understanding of the real estate or private equity space
Experience working in Hubspot or similar CRM to own email marketing for the firm
Social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter)
Experience managing accounts for both company as well as CEO is a plus
Must have a track recording thriving in an entrepreneurial or startup environment with a builder mentality
Experience managing and liaising with agency partners to achieve successful marketing plans and results
Ability to clearly and succinctly prepare written presentations summarizing key takeaways of a strategic vision
