About The Role


As a Marketing & Community Growth Intern at PaperGen, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online media presence, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will collaborate with a team of top-tier professionals to drive growth initiatives and enhance our market positioning in the educational technology space.


This is a full-time position for a 3-month summer internship (June-August), on a remote basis.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and informative content tailored to students and educational communities.
  • Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape to suggest improvements and innovative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach.
  • Assist in organizing online events such as webinars and live Q&A sessions to engage with our audience.
  • Interact with our community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback on social media.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.


What You'll Need


  • Strong interest in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native-level fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for creating compelling content and stories.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Interest in educational technology and student success.
