We are Hiring a Marketing Analyst!

Bridge to Life is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. We are looking for someone who has a business/impact mindset with strong technical analytical skills to turn data into insights. You will partner cross functionally across the organization to dig into strategic questions and your insights will help drive the prioritization and outcomes of the team's efforts. In addition, you are someone who considers themselves a growth driver, not just someone who will support the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate growth. 

 The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, marketing analytics, and data visualization tools. This position is remote and can require up to 15% travel to support position-related tasks. Candidates can be located in markets outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

  • Turning data into insights - digging into strategic initiatives, developing insights through analysis, synthesizing and clearly communicating analysis both written and verbal.
  • Evolving the data pipeline, reporting, and monitoring by understanding the data available throughout the organization and leveraging it to build insightful dashboards to improve sales and marketing ROI.
  • Supporting demand generation by maintaining reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of customer acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting forecasting and planning by maintaining and improving quarterly and yearly forecast.
  • Being a growth partner by engaging with marketers to co-develop, measure, and optimize customer acquisition efforts
  • Focusing on executional excellence on the day-to-day responsibilities: understanding the marketing funnel, performance benchmarks, and helping the team identify over/underperforming areas.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce by performing regular data audits and clean-ups. Investigating and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Creating visually compelling dashboards and reports using Salesforce and other data visualization tools.
  • Running deep-dive analysis and answers ad-hoc business questions to drive marketing strategies, creates insights or troubleshoots performance issues.

 

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • A bachelor’s in arts or science for business, economics, finance, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce reporting.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with a variety of data sources to develop and implement data and business intelligence visualizations to enable cross-functional teams to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Organized with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • A desire to uncover and develop efficiencies in processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Core data experience.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to formulate program KPIs and formulate solutions to track them.
  • Ability to craft influential presentations to summarize findings.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Track record of partnering with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building, dashboard creation, and data management.

 

Working Conditions

  • Workstation: office and/or cube.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
  • This position requires considerable sitting and typing.
  • Local and international travel as needed (less than 15%).
  • Ability to lift objects up to 10lbs.

 

How to Stand Out

  • Experience implementing Salesforce.
  • Trailhead certification with Salesforce.
  • Experience building email marketing journeys with SalesForce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
