About The Role

We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for understanding consumer behavior. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing efforts by providing actionable insights and recommendations. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract, engage, and retain customers in a competitive direct-to-consumer market.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including sales, web analytics, social media, and customer feedback
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market conditions, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Analyze survey data, focus group results, and other research findings to support marketing initiatives
  • Campaign Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, including ROI and other key metrics
  • Customer Segmentation:
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation models to target specific consumer groups effectively
  • Provide recommendations for personalized marketing tactics to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Dashboards and Visualization:
  • Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing performance
  • Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strategic Recommendations:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives
  • Offer actionable recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:
  • Conduct predictive analysis to forecast future market trends and consumer behaviors
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for marketing activities


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Data Studio / Looker)
  • Experience with market research techniques and tools
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
