Market Research Project Manager

Title: Project Manager consumer Insights Lead

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Location: US New Jersey / hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor a project management team of 6 across US and international marketing research projects
• Track the entire project performance including timelines, quality, and budget
• Implement and develop new strategies/tools to make sure project efficiency is at it best and identify potential risks and come up with solutions
• Work closely with various departments to estimate costs for project proposals.
• Be the lead with client and stakeholder communication including all project progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Qual experience or mixed methods
• Experience in a previous market research agency – CPG strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management software.
• Knowledgeable in digital transformation processes.
