What We Need:

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research on the phone and online, learning about different types of audio programming, understanding the relationships between different pieces of data, and working with other researchers to help create a comprehensive package of data for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives
  • Work in accordance with monthly objectives and delivers weekly updates
  • Create a daily plan of action, set goals and manage them to completion
  • Conduct detailed research of broadcast media according to business needs
  • Formulate effective and efficient research processes
  • Identify trends and patterns
  • Call facilities gather data
  • Utilize various professional sources online to find and extract pertinent information
  • Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data
  • Frequently self-audits work and checks data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Report and present research findings to the research group and management


What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to build positive relationships with a variety of personalities and roles
  • Passion for music, audio, entertainment and pop culture
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Interest in media research is highly desired
  • Proficiency in typing and spelling
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

  • General understanding of business principles


Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$11.40 - $14.25
