We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Market Manager to join our team and drive our brand’s growth in Massachusetts.


Job Description: 

The Market Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding OVO Vodka’s market presence in Massachusetts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales and marketing skills, as well as a deep understanding of the spirits industry. The Market Manager will work closely with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, including tastings, events, and sponsorships, to enhance brand awareness.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the spirits industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Massachusetts market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the state as required.
