Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Manager at M.M.LaFleur in Chestnut Hill, MA. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading two retail store locations, driving sales and profitability, coordinating events, and building and maintaining store teams, relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
Experience with multi store management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think thoughtfully and strategically
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Shopify and Endear a plus.
