Brightwild is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to grow revenue through bookings at our key hospitality properties across our diverse portfolio of assets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. Responsibilities
Craft and execute bold sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion at premier properties
Anticipate and leverage emerging market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats to stay ahead
Forge and nurture strategic alliances with key stakeholders and travel partners
Leverage technology and software applications to supplement strategy and track customer relations
Champion the development of sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to drive progress and optimize sales effectiveness
Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts in sync with calendar and processes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to boost brand visibility
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices to elevate sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team
Engaging and persuasive communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and market trends
Deep understanding of the hospitality markets in Key West, Tampa, Clearwater, and broader industry trends.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
Willingness to travel as needed
Experience with luxury properties and group events is preferred.
