Role: Market Development Manager (3-D Intelligent Product Line)

Location: Remote USA with Travel

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Product Line Manager to lead our product line's business objectives, explore market opportunities, and develop strategic solutions. You will analsze customer needs, conduct market scanning, and manage demonstration equipment to ensure success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in surveying, mapping, or related fields, technical experience in mobile surveying and Lidar, and proficiency in point cloud data processing software. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus. Experience with industry leaders like Trimble, Leica, and DJI is preferred. Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake the annual business objectives of the product line within the region, decompose, track and implement them, and complete the financial indicators of the product line within the region; (40%)

2. Conduct market scanning within the region, explore regional market opportunities, and formulate targeted regional marketing strategies together with account managers; (20%)

3. Analyze and excavate customers' pain points and needs, sort out and compile appropriate solutions; (20%)

4. Evaluate and arrange offline demonstration communication, mobilize and manage demonstration equipment; (10%)

5. Collect industry, customer and competitive product information, form a summary report, and formulate business development strategies for the region accordingly. (10%)



Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in surveying, mapping, remote sensing, geoinformatics, civil engineering, etc.

2. Proven technical experience in mobile surveying, Lidar, UAV surveying and mapping;

3. Familiar with Lidar hardware software, point cloud data processing software such as Terrasolid, Globalmapper, QuickTerra, Pix4D, etc.

4. Clear thinking and logical thinking, well organized, able to determine the importance and urgency of the work and carry out the work accordingly, with a strong sense of achievement;

5. Able to independently complete pre-sales communication and after-sales tracking of three-dimensional products and solutions

6. Fluent in English, other languages such as Spanish, German, French as other second foreign languages would be beneficial

7. Experience with Trimble, Leica, Riegl, Yellowscan, LidarUSA, PhoenixLidar and DJI is preferred.
