Job Description

A Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment. Their primary goal is to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements while optimizing production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the quality control and assurance processes in a manufacturing setting. They oversee all aspects of quality management, from product manufacturing to final delivery, ensuring that products meet established standards for performance, reliability, and safety.

Quality Assurance Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure compliance with established standards.
  
  

Customer Satisfaction

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and concerns related to product quality.
• Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for product quality and reliability.
  
  

Program Development

• Design, implement, and manage quality programs to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality initiatives into various business processes.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance product/service quality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess and report on the effectiveness of quality programs.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve overall quality metrics.
  
  

Audits And Compliance

• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  
  

Training And Development

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness.
  
  

Supplier Quality Management

• Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and standards for raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  
  

Product Engineering

• Responsible for all NPI activities on Systems and Gaming controller product lines
  
  

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks to quality and work proactively to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard product/service quality.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing QA, program development and implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
