Responsibilities
Collaborate with the local and global team to develop and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and Roadmaps
Implement new processes, methods, tools, and procedures based on value stream analysis to optimize workflows and enhance quality, efficiency, and customer service.
Analyze data and conduct Gemba walks to identify innovation and automation opportunities.
Drive sustainable change management strategies and training for lasting improvements.
Prepare operational performance reports and stay informed about trends and technologies in continuous improvement.
How to convince us
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing or Process, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in engineering, production, or process improvement
Lean and/or (LEAN) Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time
Willingness to travel (up to 20%, including international travel).
