We are looking for a Plant Controller to oversee two facilities in relation to day to-day processes, including inventory and cost accounting, as well as budgeting and reporting.
Plant Controller Responsibilities
Work with Operations leadership including plant management to address root causes of variances and recommend solutions
Participate in development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Develop and maintain inventory cost standards for materials, labor and overhead
Collaborate with Operations management to define and improve key inventory performance metrics
Prepare and record journal entries in SAP with appropriate support
Plant Controller Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA a plus)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a (process) manufacturing environment
Experience in a multi-site manufacturing company
High level proficiency with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
