Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Production Manager and Leads to package cannabis products appropriately. Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by leadership, such as, packaging pre-pack flower, creating and packaging vape cartridges, gummies, tinctures, cannabis concentrates and any other cannabis manufactured products, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting
Safely operating equipment and machinery to package cannabis products as instructed and trained. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance
Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment
Organization and reporting data accurately. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of product
Keep daily logs on Inventory used and or damaged
Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas
Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Production department
Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards
Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables and strain attributes
Assist associates to achieve team goals
Maintain a food grade safe and organized work environment
Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (i.e. face mask, beard net, hair net, scrubs, etc.)
Maintain a culture of professionalism
Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as Processing Department tasks as well as cleaning, and maintenance as needed throughout the facility
Qualifications:
Team player with organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Must be able to work with little supervision and take initiative when needed
Must be efficient and a team player
Must be punctual and perform tasks in a timely manner
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level
Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must have good written and communication skills
Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred
Warehouse and/or production experience preferred
Ability to understand simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling
Perform basic math
Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts
Be a team player and interact professionally with co-workers
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to pass pre-employment and post offer background check
