Boeing Global Services is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Associate, Experienced, or Lead) (L2/L3/L4) to join and support the QA Team in Huntington Beach, CA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate, Experienced or Lead Manufacturing Operations Analysts

Position Responsibilities:


  • Analyzes and interprets engineering drawings and specifications
  • Conducts assessments of manufacturing processes for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Assists and/or leads in the creation of the manufacturing Bill of Materials and associated schedules to formulate anticipated lead times
  • Provides level appropriate feedback on assessment results
  • Works with internal and external organizations to develop plans and accomplish goals to meeting customer requirements
  • Supports and works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans and metrics to achieve company initiatives
  • Works under general direction and supervision


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Huntington Beach, CA.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.


  • 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications as they apply to fabrication
  • 3+ years of aerospace related experience do you have in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures, or experience during a project at school or during an internship
  • 3+ years of experience managing Manufacturing Engineering tasks such as bill of material development, tooling coordination and work instruction development
  • 3+ years of experience in Planning and Scheduling
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to provide limited feedback on assessment results


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (see Basic Qualifications for specific skills and experience) – Experienced (Level 3)
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (see Basic Qualifications for specific skills and experience) – Lead (Level 4)
  • 3+ years of experience writing manufacturing plans to support detail part fabrication, assembly and installation
  • 3+ years of experience do you have in performing project planning and scheduling within an aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields including Industrial, Manufacturing and Operations Management; and relevant military training and experience


Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Experienced (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Lead (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate – Level 3: $66,300 - $89,700

Summary pay range for Experienced – Level 2: $85,000 - $115,000

Summary pay range for Lead – Level 4: $100,300 - $135,700
