Manufacturing Engineer

This position reports to:

Continuous Improvement Manager.

Responsibilities:

• The primary focus will be on engineering time studies in manufacturing operations, working with machine operators and operation leaders on operation standards.
• Also, involved with continuous improvement activities in the facility in all functions, including Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Quality, and Lean manufacturing.
• Introduction and involvement with Research & Development (R&D) activities with the corporate engineering team in Memphis, Tennessee.
• Support of all personal and professional development activities.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in AutoCAD software use.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $20 - $26 per hour.
