Position Summary:

We seek an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a background in metal manufacturing. The role focuses on developing, improving, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes to produce high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Development: Design and optimize manufacturing processes for metal products.

- Quality Control: Implement quality control processes and conduct root cause analysis.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to production staff.

- **Equipment Management:** Specify, procure, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling.

- Lean Manufacturing: Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for processes and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

- 3-5 years of experience in metal manufacturing.

- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and Lean Manufacturing.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
