We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our client’s team as a Manufacturing Consultant. This individual will play a critical role in providing on-site support to our client’s industrial customers, collaborating closely with client teams to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and overall performance within factory environments. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in various manufacturing disciplines and demonstrate exceptional leadership, project management, and coaching abilities.

Focus:

• Collaborate with clients to address challenges in manufacturing operations.
• Lead diverse project teams, ensuring efficiency and budget control.
• Provide hands-on coaching for continuous improvement.

• Utilize active listening for effective communication and problem-solving.
• Deliver impactful presentations and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-20 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Factory Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quality Engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including project controls, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Strong passion for coaching and mentoring others, with demonstrated leadership and management skills leading high-performance teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences from shop floor personnel to senior executives.
• Consulting experience is preferred but not required; a demonstrated ability to sell and promote services is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing client needs and priorities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
