Minimum of 15+ years of experience of hands on implementation of Oracle applications in Oracle R12 and/or Cloud with at least 8 end to end implementations
Leading and guiding clients in project activities such as developing technical solutions, gathering and documenting business requirements,creating future state architecture models, working with non-Oracle systems, technologies and tools to evaluate connections to Oracle EBS and Cloud, leading technical fit-gap analysis sessions, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
Ability to manage and develop direct reports
Collaborating with Offshore and Onshore teams to work seamlessly and efficiently
Experience working with C-level and mid-level client contacts, managing client interactions, and managing onshore and offshore resources
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
Strong oral and written communication skills, including creation of high-quality documentation, and presentations of design workshops to clients is mandatory
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
