Seeking a Managing Editor to strategize and oversee the creation of content as well as the implementation processes, and you must have leadership and technical skills. Responsibilities
Develop issues' content and topics in collaboration with the editor-in-chief
Collaborating with the editor-in-chief to ensure that creative ideas are within budget
Collaborate and foster relationships with a broad range of teams, internal and external, including business directors, sales representatives, editorial staff, digital, art staff, creative staff, production staff, and freelancer
Adapt to a constantly changing work environment
Recruit, coach, and supervise employees
Establish project calendars, schedules, and deadlines for writers, photographers, designers, etc.
Supervising all stages of the content creation process
Qualifications
Experience in print and digital media
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
