Managing Director Role - Senior M&A Advisor

The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the sourcing and execution of middle market transactions as a part of a team approach. Transaction size generally ranges from $10,000,000 to $200,000,000. Merger Partners has developed unique and highly effective deal sourcing methods, and MDs tend to focus on sourcing strategies that best fit their experience.

The MD will be involved in the execution of deals that he or she originates. In our team-oriented culture, there are opportunities to work together on deals originated by others and by the firm through our marketing efforts, and compensation reflects that.

Key Qualifications:

• Eagerness to embrace AI-driven innovation in investment banking
• It is crucial that the candidate possesses a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for being a part of an investment banking firm that is committed to integrating AI into virtually all aspects of its operations. This passion for embracing AI-driven innovation will play a key role in our ongoing growth and success.
• Experience building relationships with strategic channel partners (accounting firms, law firms, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with management teams and business owners running companies with over $10,000,000 in sales
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and understand companies to properly market them for sale
• Background in executive leadership roles, investment banking, private equity, or business development
• Solid understanding of the M&A process
