Managing Director

Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting a Managing Director for one of the fastest-growing Advisory firms in the US. This a great opportunity to work for a firm that is experiencing incredible growth. They have offices across the whole of the US, however they are looking for someone to be based in Denver.

The Role

· Advise clients' executive teams and auditors on complex accounting issues, driving conclusions as a subject matter expert.

· Lead operational due diligence for transactions like IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, and debt raises.

· Ensure client deliverables comply with SEC and regulatory requirements (e.g., 10K’s, 10Q’s, S-1, S-4 filings, audit coordination).

· Provide expertise on new ASC accounting standards projects.

· Lead process improvement projects and implement changes.

· Mentor managers and consultants, fostering team growth and providing actionable feedback.

· Lead firm initiatives and identify improvement areas.

· Contribute to recruiting, client relationship building, and business development.

The Person

· Experience in working for Top 10 accounting advisory firms.

· Minimum 12 years of experience in industry accounting/finance and/or public accounting.

· Strong technical expertise and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

· Highly organized, focused, and capable of setting engagement expectations and direction.

· Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assimilate into teams easily.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve issues.

· Enthusiastic with a commitment to quality client service.
