Position Summary
The Managing Controller is a critical role within KTAD Management and is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial projections
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs
Oversee the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
