We are seeking an experienced Air Quality Managing Consultant to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Managing Consultant at our environmental consulting firm, you will be a pivotal technical expert in air quality and environmental compliance. You'll collaborate closely with clients, guiding them through complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects while nurturing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Utilize your technical expertise to support facilities in navigating environmental permitting, compliance, and modeling projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Lead high-level technical work and provide guidance to team members.
Monitor project activities to ensure milestones and financial objectives are met.
Foster proactive communication within project teams and with clients.
Cultivate and expand business with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering on revenue targets.
Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, offering strategic analysis of environmental regulations to clients.
Implement and oversee project procedures to uphold quality standards and contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance with company quality assurance guidelines and health and safety protocols during fieldwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or relevant industry.
Strong understanding of environmental compliance across state and federal agencies.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in technical writing and document production.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Salary And Benefits
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 annually, with eligibility for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
