The Manager, US DTC Merchandising, HOKA will support the execution of HOKA seasonal directives and key initiatives for the North America DTC channels. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager, DTC Merchandising on the North America strategy for HOKA that encompasses all elements of the value proposition (Right Product at the Right Place at the Right Time) for our US DTC channels of business. Leveraging DTC insights, trend, data, brand and category strategies, this person will support the seasonal US DTC assortments in support of HOKA’s financial goals. She/he will build relationships with key cross-functional business partners including Product, Marketing, Ecom, Operations, Planning, Consumer Data & Analytics as well as Retail partners to help ensure we deliver the best expression and brand presentation within HOKA.com and HOKA’s Concept stores.
At its core, this role will support the assortment planning and strategy. Additional requirements include partnering with Marketing and Site Merchandising to support consistent head to toe expressions and flow for the brand, bringing footwear and apparel together in key stories and looks that will drive consumer interest and engagement as well as propel the brand forward.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Partner closely with planning on the sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally, accounting for brand strategies, sales history, and trend for HOKA’s DTC channels. Montior receipts and inventory to ensure we are delivering product on time and being productive with inventory.
- Support seasonal development of US DTC assortments; ensuring assortments deliver the consumer requirements and will help us meet financial targets. Partner with Planning, E-commerce, Retail and Marketing teams to ensure pre-season forecasts reflect product initiatives, brand strategy, and demand while identifying in-season opportunities by analyzing all retail metrics. Support the execution of the DTC specific GTM calendar, ensuring we are meeting all key deliverables seasonally.
- Work with the Senior Manager of US DTC Merchandising on future product needs via the Commercial Input process to ensure the US market continues to deliver innovative product and flawless execution across the entire US marketplace. Work closely with US Wholesale Merchandising category team to provide a cohesive marketplace perspective on product strategies and assortments.
- Support the development and execution of presentations during key milestone meetings with key cross functional partners that inform in-season and future season opportunities. Contribute to Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews, and seasonal Investment Reviews.
- Persuasive communicator with proven negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills; easily adapts to needs of different audiences.
- Possess a knowledge of Purchase Order management, planning, recapping and other Merchandising systems and spreadsheets.
- Business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit– Expertise in product merchandising fundamentals, such as financial planning, sku rationalization, reporting analysis, and continuously evaluating the DTC marketplace to creatively capitalize on opportunities and sharpen monthly, quarterly and seasonal plans.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to adapt in a fast-past environment
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of DTC Merchandising or Buying Experience or similar experience in a Footwear & Apparel brand preferred.
- Cross-functional experience required, with the ability to build a collaborative, efficient and supportive operating environment.
