Trip Arc is looking for a talented Manager, Travel Advisor Platform Engagement (West Coast) focused on growing and optimizing a portfolio of travel agencies located on the West Coast of North America. This role involves establishing profitable commercial frameworks, responsible for designing, proposing, and implementing training strategies and execution tailored to drive adoption of our booking platform ADX. This key position works closely alongside sales, enablement, and member relations teams providing value, consistency, and shared KPIs.


This role requires a strategic, analytical, and flexible candidate who has a roll-up-their-sleeves attitude and is comfortable with a hands-on position involving significant change management.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with a portfolio of assigned travel agencies and develop custom sales playbooks, platform adoption and growth strategies and execution.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the onboarding, training, and support (both virtual & in-person) in close collaboration with the member relations team.
  • Articulate each of our ADX value propositions to agency partners and represent Trip Arc as required at agency hosted events and other industry events.
  • Conduct comprehensive business results meetings with partners and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of discussions to ensure a thorough review of results and action items.
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure accomplishment of shared business objectives promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee ongoing relationships with agencies and advisors, monitoring platform adoption, sales volume, to meet performance targets.
  • Facilitate marketing and/or product presentations and educational webinars as required.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent level of work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience working within the travel advisor community.
  • Proven ability to work through conflict, build trust, generate respect, and influence outcomes through outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels within the organization and with partners.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills - able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Upbeat personality, a hands-on team player and self-starter who can work in a lean environment with autonomy.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally with polish and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically yet maintain contact with day-to-day performance.
  • History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to present to senior-level executives.
  • Ability to lead and drive multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced and complex environment.
