Primary Purpose

The Tapestry Talent Team is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This individual will be a key member of the Talent team, responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies to drive full-cycle recruitment for open roles across our brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman and Tapestry Functional Groups), including planning, managing, and executing an effective selection process that will source diverse applicants in an efficient and timely manner. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving key strategic talent initiatives & projects across our brands, including but not limited to the Retail Support Initiative, Retail Recruitment Operations & Training, Internal Mobility evolution, etc. This individual will partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, HR Business Partner, Legal, Asset Protection, Retail Leaders, etc.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Recruiting to...

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for full-time, corporate positions across our 3 brands and our Tapestry Functional Groups and across levels, with a greater focus on Manager+.
  • Develop recruitment strategies inclusive of innovative and cost-effective methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and select candidates based on position specifications.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs throughout the full recruitment process, including onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Recruitment Operations & Asset Protection to manage candidates through the background verification & onboarding processes.
  • Leverage key recruiting resources to efficiently identify a qualified and diverse pool of candidates, including but not limited to ATS, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment marketing tools, employee referrals, internal mobility, etc.
  • Leverage data & analytics to advise the business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives & projects from conception through to execution, including the Retail Support Initiative, Retail Recruitment Operations & Training, Internal Mobility evolution, etc.
  • In leading the Retail Support Initiative, act as the central project manager across relevant cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness into the stores recruitment process while driving operational excellence, leading all project planning, communication, follow-up, execution, issue resolution, and reporting of results.
  • Support Summer Internship Program recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Support the development and rollout of a Retail-specific Internship Program.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 5+ years recruitment experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • In-house, corporate recruiting experience at fashion retailer preferred.
  • Exposure to and in-depth understanding of stores recruitment best practices; stores recruitment experience a plus.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated success in building and cultivating relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner and influence Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners as a talent advisor.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques.
  • High competency with candidate sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology as required.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient, specifically advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
