Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Talent Acquisition with 4-7 years of proven recruitment expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to the overall success of our hiring initiatives.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize networking, industry events, and online resources to identify potential candidates.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and in various online forums.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and share insights on market trends.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a focus on full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles across different departments and levels.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience recruiting for technology or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
