Essential Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize networking, industry events, and online resources to identify potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and in various online forums.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and share insights on market trends.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a focus on full lifecycle recruiting.
- Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles across different departments and levels.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
- Experience recruiting for technology or specialized roles.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices.
- Competitive Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
