Role Overview

As the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by managing contracts, leases, and vendor relationships. This is a remote, full-time position that offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

Contract Management: Lead the management of contracts and vendor relationships across our network.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value and efficiency.

Supplier Relationships: Build strong partnerships with suppliers and conduct competitive bidding processes.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and standardization to support our operational goals.

Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to purchasing policies and collaborate with finance for timely invoice processing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Familiarity with procurement software (mention specific software if applicable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
