Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations

We are seeking versatile professional to drive comprehensive sales and marketing operations. Responsibilities include all facets of commercial training logistics, onboarding new sales and marketing teammates, overseeing development, distribution, and reporting of Commercial training platforms. In conjunction with leadership oversee creation and development of sales training content. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Teammates to ensure compliant execution of commercial initiatives, including National Meetings & Events.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Peer-to-Peer Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness you will positively impact patients' lives through the following

  New Hire onboarding for field teammates including coordination of all training activities and operational aspects such as credentialing and other necessary field team requiremen
• tsDevelopment, distribution and reporting of all Commercial training platforms, modules and conte

• s)Commercial Review Committee member responsible for pull through of sales training conten
• t.Partner closely with Marketing leads to ensure compliant pull through of sales training initiativ
• esField Credentialing lead for sales team working closely with Commercial Ops partners and credentialing vendo
• rsCo-Manage National Meeting and field team events including agenda creation, onsite facilitation, management of meeting activities and coordinator with training partner

Candidate Profile & Requiremen

• ts:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fie
• ld.5+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations or a related fie
• ld.Oncology experience preferred including endometrial cancer, myelofibrosis, multiple myeloma or DLB
