Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. PM to create a new Store Support team that will focus on Issue Escalation. This team will partner with product development teams, operations leaders, and tech teams to support field escalations across Amazon Fresh's network.
You will partner with a team of high performing product managers and engineers to improve effectiveness of existing tools and increase both accessibility and visibility of issues. The work involves people development, creating roadmaps for driving improvement on operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process/tech simplification, and working with cross-functional leadership on operational initiatives.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, exceptional organization and communication skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role. You will lead discussions with the senior leadership and drive decisions on operational strategies that impact the business. Your role will be highly collaborative, requiring you to partner with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results to business metrics.

Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in both processes and technology to help us build best in-class grocery operations.
- Drive thought leadership on ways to automate and simplify existing processes used across the Amazon Fresh Stores network, balance the business need versus technical/operational constraints.
- Create scalable solutions that can be implemented, consistently executed, and measured. Your team will identify execution outliers, understand what they need to be the benchmark, and share those best practices to improve organizational results.
- Implement and drive new operational initiatives in an ambiguous environment using quantitative data, industry standards, high level of judgment, and anecdotal customer feedback to develop solutions that continually improve operational metrics.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, , organizational development, instructional design or related field
