Manager, Planning and Logistics

You will be responsible for determining and implementing changes to the existing Demand, Supply and Logistics processes needed to implement the new E2E Planning Process.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION

• Work with E2E Project Lead to streamline Demand, Supply and VMI Process for all RBDC, distributor partners and direct customers.
• Use recommendations from E2E Project, provide solutions and enhancements to all logistical operation flows (inbounds/outbounds) in collaboration with 3rd Party logistics providers and internal logistic team.
• Establish strong working relationship with business units, distributors, logistics partners, and operations team members to provide high levels of customer support.
• Create and maintain distributor customer master data in company’s operational systems and to integrate with new Geo Split Tools.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Develop and share project tracker for all logistics activities and deliverables and ensure alignment with overall E2E Project deliverables.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 5+ years of experience in leading Demand, Supply, logistics, and S&OP functions, ideally within a global CPG company.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus.
• Experience in managing others preferred, either as direct reports or as project lead.
• High caliber of professional interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Experience in Planning/Logistics tools such as SAP APO / MRP and IBP is a plus.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skill (Vlookup, Index/Match, Pivot table, Conditional format, etc.).
• Proven conflict resolution and influence skills, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Robust organizational skills, the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure, and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
• Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
• Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment.
• Data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
