About The Role
As a Manager of Enterprise Order Management at our company, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, collaborating closely with our Enterprise GTM team to structure and secure top-tier deals. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for process improvements, devising solutions that enhance efficiency, and ensuring our enterprise clients receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders to help close complex deals efficiently.
Partner with stakeholders throughout the negotiation process to streamline operations and minimize errors.
Drive process improvements within our systems and programs, ensuring seamless operations.
Act swiftly to resolve unforeseen issues and communicate effectively across internal teams.
Utilize your analytical prowess to collect and interpret data, enabling informed decision-making.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a rapidly growing enterprise environment.
Proven track record of successfully supporting Enterprise Sales Teams in closing high-value SaaS deals.
Strong proficiency in Excel with a keen eye for numbers.
Familiarity with CPQ and subscription/billing management systems; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is essential.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and analytical skills to drive data-driven insights.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
