Title: Global Celebrity/VIP Relations Manager

Location: New York, New York - Hybrid

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…

  • Support the Celebrity Relations team to develop focused global strategies to increase brand awareness and exposure specifically through celebrity engagement
  • Assist with negotiating and managing all talent contracts and advise on best practices
  • Support international marketing teams in identifying and obtaining talent relevant to market; develop tailored programs per market consistent with our global brand messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with key celebrities, talent agencies, and stylists while constantly scouting and advising on new opportunities
  • Track all VIP dressing by monitoring photo sites and maintaining a calendar of confirmed VIP dressing moments
  • Draft VIP dressing press releases, working in conjunction with the editorial team for approval
  • Monitor rising talent to evaluate who is appropriate for Coach, and select appropriate talent for relationship development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, events, creative and production teams to successfully support and execute global brand campaigns and events
  • Oversee and manage all sample requests, product orders for VIP send outs and fittings, working closely with the celebrity relations assistant and external teams as well as logistics to achieve seamless execution
  • Support on talent experience for events, shoots, and seasonal shows i.e. Inclusive of booking talent travel, glam and other accommodations
  • Support in the development of talent proposals and research
  • Partner with finance to effectively manage the annual budget
  • Organize and maintain VIP gifting orders

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in VIP relations role or fashion PR role with VIP crossover
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Knowledge and strong interest in fashion, culture, entertainment, established and up and coming talent
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills across internal and external partners
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, follow up and accountability skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience with budget management and invoice processing
  • Experience with Launchmetrics’ sample program and Tribe
  • Experience with building and maintaining relationships with key talent agencies, and stylists
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Mac knowledge preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work in office 3-4 times a week
  • Ability and willingness to travel for talent shoots and fittings
