HARIBO of America is growing! The Manager of Supply Chain Project Management will support the Supply Chain team with strategic projects and development of operational processes and capabilities for our new manufacturing plant and warehouse facilities in southeastern Wisconsin. In addition to spending time at our southeastern Wisconsin facilities, this role will also spend time weekly at our corporate offices in Rosemont, Illinois.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Organizational Capabilities, the ideal Manager of Supply Chain Project Management will have at least 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with extensive, formal Project Management experience. This required experience including formal Project Management, leading projects including managing project team and resources, schedules and budgets, managing timelines, deliverables, cross-functional teamwork, project management communications, and utilizing Project Management software. The Manager of Supply Chain Project Management will also oversee processes and new capacity development that deals with manufacturing operations and raw materials procurement.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management of strategic projects across multiple departments related to supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing operations
- Manage timelines, deadlines, budgets, communications, vendor relationships, stakeholder communications (internal and external), complete required reporting on project status, risks, budget adherence and opportunities
- Ability to lead multiple projects and high priority initiatives in parallel
- Support new equipment installation, upgrades and retrofits from development through validation, start-up, and continuous process improvement
- Bring a LEAN mindset to all projects and new capabilities
- Ensures compliance with HARIBO controls, standards, and protocols
- Develop, document, and train robust and repeatable processes for new item starts(new HARIBO product launces) and organizational readiness
- Project Management leadership, reporting, build and manage teams to meet the resource needs of each project
- 5+ years of Supply Chain, LEAN Project Management, or Operations Management experience
- Knowledge and proficiency with project management software (ex: MS Project, Visio, or other project management software)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with and understanding of the Five Stages of Project Management: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure
- 7+ years of Supply Chain, LEAN Project Management, or Operations Management Experience
- Prior experience working in the food manufacturing, CGP / Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- SAP knowledge
- Project Management certifications or related training
- Working knowledge of LEAN processes and methodology
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, direct, and prioritize tasks and handle multiple Supply Chain projects simultaneously
- Advanced organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred SAP)
- Ability to hold others accountable to HARIBO’s high standards
