Manager of IT Operations

Excellent opportunity to join a growing organization. You will join the Director of Operations and the lead the day to day operations for the critical infrastructure. You will be tasked with creating and implementing the strategy to ensure seamless performance and efficient change management.

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with the last 3 to 4 years focused on operations management
• ITSM methodologies (ITIL) and ITOM tools and concepts
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure
• Monitoring and visualization tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK Stack, LogicMonitor, Datadog).
• Strong understanding of CMDB principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• BS Degree
