Position Summary

Reporting to the AVP, Growth & Health Services Analytics, this role will support operational, financial and strategic reporting and provide analytical support and analysis for various focus areas of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an efficient, centralized and cross-trained team poised for future expansion.
• Provide growth focused areas of the organization with market analysis utilizing internal and external data sources.
• Provide leadership with standard reporting around market share of and strategic opportunities for the organization.
• Develop/produce analysis and visualization of data for monthly operating and financial reporting around the Health Services portfolio, to include all Ambulatory sites of care.
• Provide reporting and analysis around Value Based Care portfolio in all aspects, to include operational and financial performance.
• Address ad hoc requests to help the business tackle complex operational, financial and strategic questions.
• Manages task assignments and tools associated with the management of requests, projects, and recurring reports.
• Provide training and mentorship to analysts .
  
  

Qualifications


Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 5+ years of related experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Financial acumen & strong analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
• Commitment to development of self and others
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivots, and power query.
