CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics and Innovation to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina! Key Responsibilities
This role is part of the Digital Analytics & Innovation team at CPI Security’s eCommerce organization. This team is focused on enabling new digital marketing capabilities and defining the strategic roadmap for evolving our ecommerce platforms across the digital and non-digital space. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of analytics and tagging strategy across all digital properties with a focus on enhancing our reporting, analytics, and paid media optimization activities.
Job Responsibilities
Design and document customized analytics tracking specifications for all digital channels, including web, mobile apps, microsites
Required expertise of Tableau, Dataroma, GA4 & Google Tag Manager platforms for current and newly developed properties
Partner with internal and external development teams to test and deploy new tracking solutions while monitoring and optimizing existing integrations
Manage the testing, QA, QC and debugging of analytics/tagging code
Operate as the subject matter expert on web analytics and digital tagging
Work with business partners and agencies to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable so that standard reports can be created and shared regularly
Ensure data capture is consistent and accurate across platforms
Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across multiple teams; serve as contact for all analytics/tracking implementation requests
Google & Bing Search console setup and management
Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X and any other social media tagging and implementation
Technical and data analytical mind-set and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
Other Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or higher in related field preferred
REQUIRED: 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Google Analytics (360, GA4), Google Tag Manager (Implementation of Tags), Google & Bing Search Consoles in web and mobile app environments
2+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
Functional knowledge of digital commerce business processes
