As a member of our incredible team, here is what you’ll do:

The Manager of Clinical Programs plays a key role in multi-functional projects critical to the Clinical and Client Success Team serving as the clinical liaison for health system, health plan, and PBM clients. You will partner with our most innovative and demanding clients to expand relationships based on each client’s operational and business objectives, leveraging Arrive Health’s capabilities.

The role focuses on optimizing client utilization of the current Arrive Health product suite through education, engagement, client-issue resolution, and quality review. By developing the trust of key decision makers and end-users, the Manager will work in the development of clinical products and services with activities focused on addressing customer needs, operations, product integrity, quality, and satisfaction to improve current business.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, end-user experience of EMR workflows, and an understanding of the health plan ecosystem including business processes, formulary and benefit design, managed care principles, and the technology platforms leveraged to deliver quality products to the Arrive Health client base.

Among Other Things, Here Is What You Will Do

  • Supports the client-issue request process through resolution as the first line of evaluation for internal and external customers
  • Employs advanced analytics skills to investigate health system, health plan, and PBM reported issues
  • Utilizes the existing suite of marketing and informed-decision making tools to answer questions from health systems, health plans, and PBMs
  • Responsible for developing and applying educational materials to various client types and practitioners highlighting Arrive Health product solutions
  • Oversees and coordinates educational strategies pre- and post-product implementation to highlight the value of Arrive Health product solutions
  • Develops educational and engagement campaigns aimed at obtaining Arrive Health customers feedback (e.g., issues with clinical and pharmacy alternatives, ordering workflows, client data asks)
  • Develops and executes robust analytical approaches for measuring and improving the quality of the client experience with through Arrive Health products
  • Proactively assesses opportunities to improve the quality of data exchange (e.g., DUR messaging) between Arrive Health partners to optimize the end-user experience of product solutions
  • Supports other functions as requested through the client lifecycle including quality metrics to support prescriber, health plan, PBM, or patient outcomes
  • Applies existing analytics to identify client opportunities to optimize Arrive Health product offerings and defines success measures of product utilization
  • Tracks and measures Arrive Health utilization and optimization opportunities through evaluation of quarterly health system and PBM reports
  • Utilizes various project management platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and other operational tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage engagement, education, and quality activities.
  • Supports content development for business reviews and ad hoc presentations for health system, payer, and health plans clients highlighting quality, education, and prescriber adoption initiatives
  • Relays feedback gathered from client interactions to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
  • Serves as a clinical subject matter resource throughout the organization to support Arrive Health product solutions and internal knowledge dissemination through Clinical Minute and Lunch & Learn educational strategies

Ideal Qualifications We Seek In a Candidate

  • 5+ years experience as a nurse or pharmacist in a health system or health plan/PBM role focused in ambulatory clinical operations, quality, or project management or residency equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem with applied project management experiencing leading cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working with business line and corporate leaders within health plans and health systems
  • Demonstrable ability to conduct clear and concise presentations externally, including C-level executives
  • Proven ability to develop content and client-related collateral with high attention-to-detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and represent Arrive Health in the scientific community through poster presentations, webinar, and clinical publications
  • Quantitative skills to support basic SQL query writing, dashboarding, and statistics experience to support data-driven recommendations is preferred

This is a full-time remote position, with the option of traveling to cowork in our Denver, CO headquarters a few times a year. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, Arrive Health does not offer sponsorship. 90,000 - 145,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
