Who We’re Looking For
Laborie Medical is currently looking for a Logistics Manager who will manage the warehouse Team and oversees the entire process of inbound & outbound shipping, Raw Materials Management, Picking, Packing, Returns and Inventory Control for our Plymouth MN location. This role will ensure on-time goods movement, efficient storage, and inventory accuracy, achieve annual supply chain objectives and KPI targets. The Logistics Manager is also responsible for coordinating external relationships with vendors, customers, freight carriers and customs; align internal operations with Supply Chain, Operations, Production and Quality teams and accomplish the highest-level customer satisfaction with high quality and timely service.
About The Role
Plan, prioritize and adjust warehouse work schedule and labor plan based on supply chain, operations and production inputs
Supervise and monitor warehouse daily activities
Prepare reports, track performance against KPIs and assist in monitoring performance to improve warehouse operations efficiency
Design and implement warehouse and inventory control policies as well as follow company policies and procedures
Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
Lead and enforce inventory control initiatives, maintaining inventory accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
7-10 years of previous warehouse and inventory control leadership experience
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Seradex).
Proficient with MS Office Suites
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in medical device / pharmaceutical / electronics manufacturing and ISO 13485 environment
Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
