Position: Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team

Location: Denver, CO


We are excited to partner with a prestigious Merger & Acquisition firm in downtown Denver to find a Manager for the Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team. This dynamic role is based in Denver and reports directly to the Director of Operations. This individual will work closely with the Loan Agency department, leading a team of Operation Analysts. This role will oversee the processing of assignments, managing document solicitation, and providing support for the company's platforms. If this sounds like you, please apply!



This is a Direct-Hire Hybrid Position paying between $95k-$100k depending on the level of experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the review and handling of assignments to ensure adherence to loan agreements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all assignments.
  • Collect, track, and manage administrative details and tax documents from lenders.
  • Review wire transfer instructions within the loan system.
  • Conduct verbal confirmations with relevant parties to verify wire instructions.
  • Efficiently complete and manage audit confirmations.
  • Provide support for the company’s platforms to both internal and external users.
  • Address and resolve questions related to assignment processing, documentation, wire instructions, and audit confirmations.
  • Assign new transactions to the Assignments and Intake Team upon closing.
  • Oversee and review processed assignments to ensure they are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure that the Assignments and Intake Team completes daily functions and tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Train new employees on the organization's Loan Agency processes and procedures.
  • Offer hands-on support and backup for the team as required.
  • Mentor team members, set career development goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve customer experience and meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
  • Focus on enhancing efficiency and reducing risk through effective process management.


Requirements:


  • Over 3 years of experience in operations, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Highly organized and deadline-focused with exceptional attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and intuition, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties in a responsive, professional, and proactive manner.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively with management and team members to align objectives and complete tasks.
  • Consistently demonstrate integrity in the daily administration of duties and interactions with both internal and external parties.



This is an exciting position with a mission-driven organization! This position is paying between $95k-$100k based upon experience, depending on experience.
