TITLE: IT Manager

DUTIES: Cooper Standard Automotive seeks a IT Manager based out of the office at 1230 Ruston Pass, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46825. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Note, this position does not require travel.

Work independently with minimal supervision from the Sr Manager. Manage third party support for internal and external customers including troubleshooting, identifying system and process improvements, and quality assurance. Proactively participate in identifying information problems and defining solutions for management approval. Communicate with managers and their staffs to negotiate general approaches and requirements in developing system specifications. Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions based on business or customer requirements and defined technology standards. Design the system by preparing the flow diagrams, specifications, input formats, file layouts, calculations and output formats for consensus agreement with users. Keeps the manager aware of current deliverables status within the functional area, typically using standard internal reporting methods. Be well versed on

the complexity of communications and data base systems when designing and changing processes which affect these critical components. Work closely with user representatives and other staff as part of a project team. Maintain technical expertise in area of responsibility. Create and maintain technical documentation and business processes for new and existing SAP interfaces along with customer specific integrations. Coordinate work with legacy systems personnel for interfaces and/or data conversions. Coordinate SAP changes with customer, supplier chain support teams and application providers. Lead fit/gap workshops, and present system solution alternatives to business leaders and/or process owners. Seek self-education in computer system and programming methods, and utilize books, manuals and resource aids to their fullest potential. Perform other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Management Information Systems, or related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related analyst, computer engineering or IT position. Experience must include: Experience with SAP module configuration, EDI and Customer Service; experience with work estimating, planning, scheduling, monitoring and driving to meet deliverable expectations; experience with design and configuration proficiency in SAP with knowledge of Customer and Item Master, Master data; Customer scheduling agreement processing, Picking, Packing and Shipping; experience with design and configuration proficiency in various SCM processes in a multi-national, multi-currency environment; experience with, SAP IDOC structures, ABAP fundamentals, and SAP files structures; experience in Customer EDI data exchange (Release Accounting and advanced shipment notification); experience

leading small to large teams on moderate to complex projects in all project phases implementation/support project; experience leading working sessions with a varied IT and business audience, such as fit/gaps sessions; experience presenting difficult concepts, training and reporting to internal and external customers; experience with Supply Chain processes and its integration with other SAP modules; experience leading cross functional teams to design, develop and coordinate work which requires development/design consideration; experience managing and scheduling multiple priorities and meet deadlines; and experience with Global SAP System utilizing Unicode.
