This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while honing your leadership skills. You will be working closely with our experienced team of managers, learning the ropes of running a successful operation, and preparing to take on a leadership role in our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, a passion for sales and marketing, and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Assist in the preparation and control of budgets.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A passion for sales and marketing, with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
